I just wanted to say that Helen is the best property manager we have ever worked with. To put this in context, between us we have had 10 rental properties in different cities over the last 15 or so years, so we have worked with a number of property management businesses and managers. She is extremely prompt and proactive. She is super friendly and tolerant of landlords and their demanding ways. I cannot speak highly of Helen and of how well she has looked after us and the 4 rental properties we have under her care. She has provided exceptional tenants and a friendly efficient and responsive service.

She was always available and very quick in response. I hardlyhad to call her for anything as she was quick enough to even reply to emails and messages. She has afantastic attitude of getting things done and ensuring that the clients are happy and well cared for. I wouldrecommend her anytime. Excellent service with a 5 Star quality of service!
